Duncan Macmillan

Duncan Macmillan is an award-winning writer and director whose work has been produced at various theatres in the UK and abroad to critical acclaim. As a founding member of the writers collective the Apathists, he has curated and directed evenings of new work at several London theatres totaling more than a hundred short plays, including programming the Later season for Paines Plough at Trafalgar Studios last year.

He is currently working with the Old Vic on their Platform Project for The Old Vic Tunnels and in May this year travelled to New York as part of their TS Eliot UK / US exchange. He also writes for radio and is currently working with Amelia Bullmore on a new play for BBC Radio 4 and is developing an original idea for TV with Hat Trick.
