Rosemary Jenkinson is from Belfast. Her plays include The Bonefire produced by Rough Magic Theatre Company 2006, (winner of the Stewart Parker Trust BBC Radio Award) The Winners produced by Ransom Productions 2008, Johnny Meister and the Stitch produced by Jigsaw in 2008 (Edinburgh and Dublin Fringe Festival 2009) and produced by Solas Nua in Washington D.C. 2010. The Lemon Tree was performed by Origin Theatre Company as part of Spinning the Times in New York 2009 and she was one of the writers on Bruised by Tinderbox. Meeting Miss Ireland received a reading by the Abbey Theatre in 2009 and was subsequently developed for the BBC College of Comedy in 2010. Rosemary is also a short story writer and her published collection is Contemporary Problems Nos. 53 & 54.
