Paul Heaton

Paul Heaton is a singer and songwriter.

Heaton formed The Housemartins in the early 1980s – they released two studio albums, London 0 Hull 4 and The People Who Grinned Themselves to Death. Shortly after their section album they split up. In 1988 he formed The Beautiful South who released nine albums including Welcome to the Beautiful South, Blue is the Colour and Quench. As a solo artist he has released three albums, the first Fat Chance he recorded under the persona Biscuit Boy (aka Crackerman), The Cross Eyed Rambler, and most recently Acid County. Heaton is touring from the end of March through until June.
