In 2004, following 3 years studying for her degree in Drama and Theatre Studies at Royal Holloway, University of London, Claire spent four months working with Raleigh International in Namibia. An experience full of contrasts which she found invaluable.
She secured the role of Executive Producer of the annual RAG charity show at Royal Holloway which affirmed her interest in all aspects of theatre. On her return from Namibia she started her career in management with LUSH retail, latterly running their flagship Regent Street store in 2005.
Outside of her managerial roles Claire has facilitated art and drama workshops at the October Gallery, was a founder member of Dreamcatcher, a drama based children’s entertainment company.

Claire joined Paines Plough having most recently been General Manager at the Gate Theatre in Notting Hill. Prior to joining the Gate she spent an enjoyable three years at the Royal Court, initially as Deputy Bar and Food Manager before progressing to Front of House Manager.
